Organizational Team Development
Designed to advance the collaboration and cooperation of individuals aligned within administrative divisions, departments and organizations. Senior leadership members guide the development of training content through formal interviews, surveys, questionnaires and other appropriate data-gathering methods.
Information from leadership sessions is used to develop the training goals for subsequent workshops, lectures and seminars targeting contemporary and research-based perspectives on team development.
Additionally, Individualized Team Advancement Journals are used as tools for completing assigned project-based activities and for recording personal and professional reflections.
